AsinDeepika Padukone has opted out of ‘Housefull 2′ and the director Sajid Khan has signed up Asin to play the female lead opposite Akshay Kumar.

Deepika walked out of the film due to dates problem. She is also not available for Sajid Nadiadwala’s Heer Aur Ranjha.

Asin is presently shooting with Salman Khan in Anees Bazmi’s Ready. Well, this is the first time Asin will be paired opposite Akshay Kumar. In the past, she was offered to play Akki’s love interest in Priyadarshan’s ‘De Dana Dhan’ but she opted out.
