Genelia says “I delivered a super hit each in four languages – ‘Satya’ (Kannada), ‘Santosh Subramaniyam’ (Tamil), ‘Ready’ (Telugu) and ‘Jaane Tu …Ya Jaane Na’ (Hindi). I am the only heroine who delivered four super hits in four languages in one year,” says the proud actress. There is one more feather in my cap that is “I am the heroine in all the three languages of ‘Bommarillu’. It gives me immense satisfaction. The Telugu film was made in Tamil as ‘Santosh Subramaniyam’ and in Hindi as ‘It’s My Life’,” she says.

When asked which language does she prefer when it comes to her movies, Genelia replied, “I enjoy doing films in all languages. Script is the first factor I look into. I don’t mind doing a five-minute role if it’s worth it. Secondly I should have comfort level with the director/producer I work with. Language is never the criterion for me.” Genelia recently will be seen as host of a show called Big Switch based on slum kids for UTV Television to reach ample of audience. And also Genelia’s new Telugu flick “Katha” is nearing completion. The movie is expected to hit the screens on 29 October, 2009. She has also been chosen to play the lead female role in Ram Charan Teja’s upcoming movie named as ‘Orange’ coming in the direction of Bommarillu Bhasker.
